Youth Programs

Our youth programs are fun, engaging, and filled with movement that spark creativity, and imagination.

Students participate in movement based activities as they venture throughout India, learning about the culture and traditions.

Students develop skills including teamwork, a sense of self-discipline, perseverance, and problem-solving which can guide them in all area of their lives.

Yoga & Meditation

Research has shown that yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior, and can even reduce anxiety and stress in children. Students will learn yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises.

*Gaitrie is certified in Kids Yoga through Kidding Around Yoga Inc.

Bollywood & Bhangra dance

Step into the colorful world of India. Students will learn about the culture and tradition through music and movement.

Y-Our Stories through movement -

Stories let us share information in a way that creates an emotional connection. They help us to understand that information and each other. Students will gain the skills and confidence needed to share their own personal stories and share them through movement. In this program we will be applying Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) techniques to build and create stories.
